The leash is easily attached to the rod with a double Velcro Loop system keeping it just that little bit more secure. The base of the coil has a Swivel Point to prevent any tangle while in use. The other end of the leash has an easy to attach stainless steel snap hook. This leash stays attached to your rod and is unclipped using the snap hook
